Need Help with Elective program!

Is there anyone who have experienced elective program in abroad? would you please let me know the whole process how can i start and what i have to do to get into the program..like pre-requirements and cost of the program and everything. I am final year medical student. I need to know what is the easiest and fast process to apply to USA for elective program this year or next year? Please suggest me seriously with details please so i can do it right away before i get late. I will really appreciate your help
